Brighton midfielder, Moises Caicedo, will have medical checks on Monday morning ahead of completing his British transfer record £115m move to Chelsea.
Chelsea will pay £100m upfront plus £15m in performance-related add-ons.
According to Sky Sports, the Seagulls have a significant sell-on inserted into the agreement.
Caicedo, who also attracted interest from Liverpool, will then sign a contract for eight years plus the option of a further 12 months.
Brighton bought Caicedo in 2021 for £4.5m from Independiente del Valle.
